Life has many twists and turns sometimes. I used to be a lipstick hoarder but, with my lip products’ No-BUY clause NOW until 2017, I became (OK maybe I was already) an avid eyeshadow palette’s best customer ; and then this spring I rediscovered cream-blushes and went totally gaga over them, now I’m in my facial mist phase. It’s better than having a drinking problem I guess (not really the greatest comparison, but you get it right?) !!! Since I really like the cult favorite MAC Prep & Prime Fix + so much, I went bananas when I saw that they just released 5 new Limited Edition Fix + with new aromas with one of them being Creamy COCONUT. I LOVE everything coconut! I’m THE coconut biggest fan and I was so lucky to snatch the very last Creamy Coconut Fix + at my local MAC counter. I must say that the other ones really do smell amazing too, especially cooling Cucumber and Rose.
The Description :
Prep + Prime Fix+ takes on a delicious new twist with the introduction of five limited-edition invigorating aromas including romantic Rose, calming Lavender, energizing Yuzu, cooling Cucumber and creamy Coconut. Benefits from using these formulas consist of vitamins and minerals that give your skin an instant boost of moisture, an infusion of green tea, chamomile and cucumber to soothe, and a lightweight formula that helps your complexion to look refreshed and finished.
If you are wondering why I love facial sprays so much, I really like the fact that they take away the powdery effect that we usually have after applying our makeup, it REALLY does give a natural finish to the overall look (less powdery). Fix + is Alcohol Free that is the biggest plus for me. Very sad that these are Limited Editions – I’m pretty sure we will see them in their permanent collection really soon. Some companies use these strategies: create a buzz and measure product perception in the makeup world. Lucky them, I’m a real sucker for this stuff, always willing to try new things.
Note : MAC Fix+ Spray is actually a finishing spray. It is designed to take off the powdery, cakey edge from your makeup leaving your skin looking soft and fresh. MAC Fix+ Spray is not, I repeat NOT, a setting spray.
Will you buy one of them?
