Makeup Tips # 1 Wet Baking (under eye) ✮ 2016

Makeup Tips

Last week I was reading Laura’s (Looking Joli Good) beauty/makeup tips and I thought I should share some of my own secrets and advices. I’m someone who always try new ways of doing things and thrive on sharing products or tricks that have been blowing my mind.

Tip # 1

Wet Baking (Under Eye)

Makeup Tip #1 Wet Baking (Under Eye)

This tip comes from the one and only Jaclyn Hill! Recently, she stated that she totally changed her under eye setting method and that it was “Amazeballs” … Well, believe me,  it really is!!!

Apply your favorite concealer; personally I combine Becca’s Under Eye Brightening Corrector and a few dots of my favorite concealer: bareMinerals Bareskin Complete Coverage Serum concealer

Right after you’ve applied your concealer, you damp, and then apply some powder! Lately, using my micro beauty Blender, I dip the wet rounded part in my Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder, and generously apply it over my concealer… I let it bake for at least 10 minutes (I always take this time to do my eyebrows and eye makeup).

Dust the excess powder with your favorite brush and voilà crease-free, smooth as a baby’s butt under eye !

Note : This tip is for everyone but especially for us, girls with fine or not-so-fine wrinkles!

You don’t believe me? Try it yourself 🙂

  1. Yesssss! I’ve been wanting to try it but too lazy to research it. And now you’ve handed it to me on a silver platter, THANK YOU!
I’m going to try this tomorrow with my Nars loose powder. I really hope I don’t get cakey eyes.

    1. There is NO WAY you will get “cakey eyes” !!! To be sure, do you still have your Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder ? If so, use this one for the first time !!!
You should try the new KVD concealer using this method, it’s totally BOMB !👀😊
