Already December! Wow, life goes on so fast… This month, I could have easily wrote about 20 Beauty Favorites but I’m only sharing about 5, my very best products.

Flexitol Lip Balm

Monthly Favorites & Fails| November 2017

Oh Boy! This past month, I fell madly in love with the Flexitol Lip Balm. I use it right before going to bed or before applying my usual lip product, and this little tube cures my cold weather dry lips like no other. I love the cooling sensation and above all, I go crazy for the scent, which is a mixture of bubble gum & medicinal herbs; weird but in a good way. Such a great discovery!

Note: Flexitol is a Cruelty-Free Australian brand.

Kariliss Leave-In Conditioner

Monthly Favorites & Fails| November 2017

For my very curly hair, this is the BEST Leave-in conditioner that I’ve tried so far. It’s one of this month’s favorites for its conditioning properties, but also for its delicious aroma.

Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit Volume 3

Monthly Favorites & Fails| November 2017

Since purchasing this GORGEOUS Hourglass palette at the last VIB Sale, I’ve used it every single day. I LOVE the packaging, the powders’ formula and mostly, the colors that are so flattering for my light WINTER skin. More expensive than other brands (not a value set) but still a favorite. I want to pan it all in 2018 to justify getting the upcoming 2018-19 versions 😉

First Aid Beauty Coconut Skin Smoothie Priming Moisturizer

Monthly Favorites & Fails| November 2017

If you don’t already know, my biggest makeup challenge has always been primers. At this point, I may I’ve bought and tried 25 different ones and no one really does magic for my skin. This past year however, I found two: Coola’s Daydream Mineral Primer & this one, First Aid Beauty Coconut Skin Smoothie Priming Moisturizer. I was surprised to like it so much because until now, every First Aid Beauty products that I’ve tried were average at best.

If you like a luminous (NO Glitter or Shimmer), hydrating primer that dries almost instantly then you should absolutely check this one out.

Lipitol Cleansing Body Oil

Monthly Favorites & Fails| November 2017

This Lipitol Body Oil is my all-time favorite cleansing oil/shower product (well, so far that is!). I got to know this product by chance, winning a giveaway hosted by the beautiful Maria from Best Day Blogger, and since then, I’m already into my fourth bottle. It smells like a dreamy Lime Margarita. BeardMan once said: “What are you using in the shower? It’s smell so weird but in a good way” 🙊! If you like a gentle cleansing oil that will put a smile in your face in the morning, your search is over with this product!

Note: I buy mine at Walmart, it’s in the skincare aisle with the other Lipitol products. It’s nowhere to be found if you look in the bath & shower section!!!

Eos Hibiscus Peach Crystal Smooth Lip Balm

Monthly Favorites & Fails| November 2017

I raved about this new Eos Hibiscus Peach Crystal Smooth Lip Balm as it gave the best moisturizing effect prior to my morning makeup routine but, unfortunately, after a month, it became an “oily” mess and the cover fell off. Such a MAJOR sad fail !!! Wouldn’t recommend it 😕

  1. I keep hearing about the Flexitol lip balm. I’ve yet to see it in stores! The name is kinda weird though.
OH NO about the EOS Hibiscus Peach Crystal Smooth Lip Balm! That sucks because I want to try it…
